Luggage Tags

There are around 8 billion people on earth. Taking another person’s suitcase by mistake can be pretty easy! 

There are many people on your flight, with many similar suitcases. 

So, do yourself a favor, and buy yourself a luggage tag and hang it on your suitcase so you won’t lose it.

I always say how important and useful it is to travel with a waist bag under your shirt, or just really tight around your body.

Before discovering this genius travel essential, I used to place my shoes in a bunch of plastic bags so my clothes won’t get dirty from the shoes.

Having a sleeping mask during flights is definitely a must-have travel essential. Especially if you are on a daytime flight.

Also, if you are traveling through trains/long bus drives between countries or cities, this will also come in handy!

If there is something I used to hate while packing, is packing my jewelry. No matter what I tried, my jewelry will always get tangled up together, messed up, and that sucks.

I’m all about being an eco-friendly traveler and saving our environemnt. 

One of the little things you can change in your daily life and travel routine is using resuable shopping bags instead of getting a million plastic bags that you will eventually throw away.

While traveling, and especially when I’m staying at an Airbnb apartment, I like buying groceries and using these reusable shopping bags.

This way, I don’t take plastic bags from theh supermarket and harm our planet.

 

Laundry Bag

I never travel without a laundry bag. I don’t like the idea of mixing clean clothes with dirty clothes. So I like separating them.

I like using reusable laundry bags because of the same reason I talked about previously.

This is a great high-quality laundry bag, you just simply close it and that’s it!

 

Reusable Water Bottle

I only came to this realisation recently, but when you think about it, you spend so much money on water bottles while traveling.

For example, if a small water bottle costs a dollar, and you buy 4 bottles a day because you are thirsty, it becomes $4 a day.

If you are on vacation for a week, 4X7=28. This means you’ll spend an extra $28 on small water bottles that once again, are not eco-friendly at all.

That’s why having a reusable water bottle that you can easily refill is always a great idea.

 

Headphones

I think headphones or earbuds are a must-have in general in your everyday life, but it’s also important while traveling!

I like using headphones during flights and not earbuds because I feel like it’s more comfortable in your ears for a longer time.

 

An Iphone Isn’t Enough, Bring a Camera!

There are so many phones with great and amazing cameras, I know. But having a one, professional camera to take high quality photos during your trip is a must.

 

GoPro

A GoPro, or any other extreme waterproof camera is a must-have while traveling!

Before getting myself a GoPro, I missed out on too many amazing pictures opprotunities that I could’ve took underwater in the Seychelles, or even documenting my ziplining experience in Russia.

Get yourself a GoPro and start making some amazing videos and photos!
